[fjúžn] Kvet Nguyễn: Till the Water Meets the Shore (guided tour in English)
Join us for a guided tour of Kvet Nguyễn’s monographic exhibition at Mirbach Palace.
The exhibition deals with themes of memory, identity, and intergenerational stories, tracing chapters in the Vietnamese diaspora from post-war migration and socialist internationalism through the Velvet Revolution to the present day. Based on archival materials and personal stories, Nguyễn revives silenced voices and reflects on the resilience of marginalized communities. Water may wash away the shore, but traces always remain.
The tour with a lecturer is organized in cooperation with the Bratislava City Gallery.
It is free of charge as part of the [fjúžn] festival, but capacity is limited, so free registration is recommended.
